Where? St Jean Pied de Port in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Getting here by train from Bayonne is pretty epic. A well preserved medieval town

What? About to commence the walk across those mountains in the distance, via Col Lepoeder at 1400+m.

31 degrees Celsius promised for here in SJPDP tomorrow. Cooler mountains will be preferable.

Who? Sill SB and me.

Why? To get a Pilgrims Passport full of stamps obviously.

Oh yes, and the spiritually uplifting stuff too.

And ‘finding’ myself.

And shedding a few pounds.

Most importantly the LOLs with SB.
