Coming this week from the Camino de Santiago.

Other examples of Welsh Tin Sheds are also available.

It was getting a bit crowded on the main Tin Sheds page, so I’ve created another space for International examples.

And it’s a good one to start with.

Feast your eyes on this.

It’s a tin shed that has been constructed from old 45 Gallon Oil Drums.

The top and bottom removed, cut open and flattened out.

A low cost, recycled and effective building material.

Tin shed making in its most artisan form.

Please tell me where I can get to see it?

This beauty is sitting alongside the Camino de Santiago on the outskirts of Najera in the Rioja region of Northern Spain.

Quite easy to find if you walk the 16km from Navarrete.

Here’s the rest of the pictures.

Check out the roof timbers, they might just be ‘over engineered’.
